We all know that drinks and food are not allowed inside the control room but do we really follow it? Always not! Right? Stress and lack of sleep can also cause human errors. One single extra character in programming can immobilize the computer command inside the control room. If personnel are lacking focus, it could really lead to something which is not desirable.
